- Able to manage Stores in Multiple Locations
- Able to Manage Transportation of furniture and item Asset inventory.
- Able to Communicate with multiple departments, Vendor and Stakeholders,
- Take delivery of all receivables, Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Ensure the accuracy of the facility's inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
- Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and takeout items from the store.
- Responsible for packing, labeling, and returning supplies.
- Responsible for stock rotation and coordinating the disposal of surpluses.
- Oversee the handling of the movement of equipment from the store.
- Manage supplier receipts and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships internally.
- Responsible for the transfer of damaged items back to the store.
- Daily, Weekly, monthly, and Annual inventory reports.
- Education: To obtain the job of a storekeeper, applicants are required to have at least a High School diploma or similar
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Facilities management store or similar
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Energetic: The job of a storekeeper requires some physical labor, so it is vital that they can lift 20 kgs boxes.
- Computer Skills: Applicants are required to have some computer skills to work with computerized inventory system and data entry skills to update the inventory control system. Good in Microsoft Word and Excel.
